How do I track my order?

You can track your order through our Track Your Order page. Just enter your tracking number to view the latest shipment updates.

❌ We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

🔐 Is my online order secure?

Absolutely. When you make a purchase:

1- Your information is entered on an SSL-secured web page.

2- It’s encrypted and securely sent to our payment gateway.

3- We never store your credit card details on our servers.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Promo and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something’s missing, please contact us immediately at contact@jolywell.com, and we’ll help you resolve the issue quickly.

Are there any exchange rates applied?

All transactions are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).
If your card uses a different currency, the final amount is based on your card issuer’s exchange rate on the day of processing.

 How do I change or cancel my order?

You may request to cancel an order, but please note:

  • A 30% cancellation fee applies immediately after placing an order, even within seconds.

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • If canceled, a credit will be issued back to your original payment method.

🏠 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is processed or shipped, we can’t update the shipping address.

⚠️ Please make sure to use a residential address, not a vacation one, as we can't guarantee how long customs may hold your package.
